How to Join Our Network
A New York Cognitive Foundation School Program

This service can be offered globally by providers who speak and understand either English or Spanish even if students do not - provider must be able to translate instruction and to understand instructor's requests and serve as translator between instructor and student. The service is provided on line and requires good, fast and dependable internet connection.  We offer archived online programming for providers outside the GMT-5 Time Zone (EDT).  Courses for training providers are arranged to be comfortable for most participants.  Where possible multiple students will be grouped by availability along with instructor.  

How To Join Our Network of Providers:
We have a network of providers for the following services:

1. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Daycare
2. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Brain Boost Camp Affiliate (includes after-school & summer camp)
3. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Brain Boost After-School Affiliate
4. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Summer Brain Boost Camp Affiliate
5. Christian Faith Cognitive Mentoring Summer Camp & VBS Affiliate

We are seeking competent Jewish and Islamic providers to partner with us in the development of our methodology for the benefit of their respective communities of faith.  Please submit personal bios, curriculum vitas and information about your present facilities or services to: webmaster@mycbh.com 

Requirements & Fees

1. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Daycare

Requirements:
a. If daycare business is pre-existent, provide copies of
    promotional material, advertising copy, present
    enrollment list and copies of any licensure, certification
    and/or proof of legal operation - if you have it.
b. "Intro to Child Care" or show proof of competency.
c. "Child Development Associate Course" or show proof of competency.
d. "Child Cognitive Mentor Therapist Course I"
e. Continuing Ed Courses every 6 months.

Fees:
$250.00 registration & certification fee (once academic requirements are met).
$30 per child / weekly.  For children already enrolled at your facility - if you have a daycare already in existence - we will accept only $20 / week from pre-enrolled students at the time of affiliation.  New enrollments will be at the $30 / week rate.
Course tuition depending on courses needed.

$250.00 registration & certification fee (once academic requirements are met).
$12 per child / weekly.
Course tuition depending on courses needed.

Requirements:
Must have qualified during the previous six months as an affiliate under #3 above and have completed or be registered in the following courses:
a.  Child Cognitive Mentor Therapist Course II
b.  Continuing Ed Courses every 6 months.

Fees:
$1,250 registration & certification fee once six month pre-requisite is met.
$100 per child / weekly during summer program.

All affiliate programs within the eastern Queens area have pool access at our Queens Village site included in their package.
